Is Steve Madden a “nice” designer?

I’m Steve Madden shoes on sale at Marshall, and I wonder if it is a designer or lowscale exalted. They are usually expensive?

    it depends on who u ask. if sum1 buys chanel shoes, madden is VERY VERY cheap for them. if sum1 buys their shoes at payless then it is very expensive for them. i would say it is a lowscale designer; not becuz of the price but since the designs are not very nice.

    It’s mid-tier type stuff. going by his website most of the designers shoes are around 100-200 dollars. Not the most expensive out there, but not the cheapest.

    Personally I really like some of his shoes. My GF has a killer pair of madden boots that are super hip and stylish.
