Come on, is really convenient. They are warm but ventilated. And no one needs to look at the toes ugly. It is expensive in Europe, at least I never heard of this until I moved here. And I should have a good sense of fashion, my mother is a fashion designer and her father a lawyer. If I could be wrong:)

it’s kind of oxymoronic. if your feet are cold why would you wear sandals? what’s wrong with regular shoes? plus in my opinion it just looks ugly.

I like it with those adidas sandals. I think it looks ohhkay and good point about the ugly toes. I hate when mine arent painted. But as it gets hotter, I’ll probably ditch the socks. :P

My husband is from Europe and refuses to wear socks with sandals, so it’s probably not just a US thing. (He actually kinda needs to, so he can comfortably wear insoles in his sandals)

Unless you have a medical need to wear socks and sandals (like my husband, who still won’t do it) there’s really no need to. Is it cold? Wear shoes. Is it hot? Wear sandals. It’s pretty straightforward! :)
